HARRISBURG – Surrounded by his colleagues, Rep. Andrew Kuzma (R-Allegheny/Washington) today took the oath of office to represent the people of the 39th District. He is focused on fighting inflation, holding the line on taxes, promoting economic development, and strongly representing his constituents.
“It was an honor standing in the House chamber, placing my hand on the Bible, raising my right hand and taking the oath office,” Kuzma said. “I pledge to be a voice in Harrisburg for the residents of the 39th District and make sure their concerns are heard. We must work to keep Pennsylvania a great place to live, work and raise a family.”
A native of western Pennsylvania, Andrew is a graduate of Elizabeth Forward High School and the University of Pittsburgh. He earned a law degree from Duquesne University. Andrew practices in southwestern Pennsylvania focusing on real estate and elder law. He previously served for six years on the Elizabeth Township Board of Commissioners, where he created a K-9 unit, improved recreational facilities, demolished abandoned properties and fixed infrastructure, while never increasing taxes.
